Seller Agreement

Seller Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation in the Mediaplusin Marketplace operated by Mediaplusin, located at 4610 N Clark St, Chicago, Illinois 60640, USA.
By listing or selling any product on the Mediaplusin Marketplace, you (“Seller”) agree to the following terms.

1. Overview

This Agreement explains who we are, what the marketplace covers, and your responsibilities as a Seller.
Mediaplusin provides an online platform enabling independent third-party Sellers to offer and sell products directly to consumers. Mediaplusin is not the manufacturer, importer, or seller of record and acts solely as a facilitator of transactions.

2. Seller Eligibility

  • You must be 18+ and legally able to enter binding contracts.

  • You must provide accurate business information, including legal name, tax ID, and contact details.

  • You must maintain valid payment and payout information at all times.

3. Product Listings & Pricing

Sellers independently set all prices and promotions.

  • Prices must be truthful and compliant with consumer laws.

  • No fictitious “former prices,” inflated discounts, or misleading promotions.

  • “Regular” or “compare-at” prices must reflect actual recent pricing or legitimate market references.
    Mediaplusin may remove deceptive or noncompliant listings.

4. Order Fulfillment & Customer Experience

Sellers must:

  • Ship orders within the advertised timeframe.

  • Provide valid tracking information.

  • Handle returns per Mediaplusin’s Return Policy.

  • Maintain high-quality packaging and product standards.

5. Product Content & Accuracy

Sellers are fully responsible for the accuracy and legality of all uploaded content.
Mediaplusin may remove misleading or noncompliant content.

6. Intellectual Property & Licensing

Sellers warrant ownership or licensing rights for all submitted materials.
Sellers grant Mediaplusin a limited license to use such content for platform display and marketing.

7. DMCA & IP Complaints

Mediaplusin complies with the DMCA (17 U.S.C. §512).
Listings receiving valid complaints may be removed. Sellers may submit counter-notices following the DMCA Policy.

8. Data Protection

Sellers must protect customer personal data and use it only for order fulfillment and customer service.

9. AI & Content Transparency

Mediaplusin may use AI-assisted tools for optimization, with human review.
Sellers may NOT use AI to fabricate reviews or deceptive listings.

10. Accessibility & Compliance

Sellers must ensure all media and product information comply with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards where possible.

11. Fees & Payments

  • Mediaplusin may charge commissions or platform fees as listed in the Seller Dashboard.

  • Payments are issued after order confirmation and subject to refund/chargeback periods.

  • Mediaplusin may offset outstanding debts or penalties from payouts.

12. Indemnification

Sellers agree to indemnify Mediaplusin from claims arising from products, pricing practices, advertising, or policy violations.

13. Suspension & Termination

Mediaplusin may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, poor service, or legal noncompliance.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Illinois state law.
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois.
