Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, marketplace, mobile experiences, applications, and related services provided by Brandimi LLC d/b/a Mediaplusin (“Mediaplusin,” “we,” “us,” “our”) (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you access or use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case “you” refers to that entity.

Arbitration Notice
Except for the limited types of disputes described in the “Dispute Resolution” section below, disputes between you and Mediaplusin will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. You may opt out within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by following the opt-out procedure in “Dispute Resolution.”

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may revise these Terms by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Overview

The Service is operated by Brandimi LLC. Throughout these Terms, “Mediaplusin” refers to Brandimi LLC d/b/a Mediaplusin. By visiting the site or purchasing, selling, listing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and referenced policies, including our Privacy Policy and Return Policy.

Mediaplusin operates a multi-vendor marketplace enabling independent third-party sellers (“Sellers”) to offer products directly to buyers. Unless expressly stated, Mediaplusin is not the manufacturer, distributor, importer, or seller of record for third-party products.

Sellers are responsible for product listings and compliance with applicable laws. Mediaplusin shall not be liable for any infringement, misrepresentation, defect, or unlawful activity by Sellers to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Seller Obligations

Sellers agree to:

  • Be at least 18 and have legal capacity

  • Provide accurate listings

  • Comply with laws

  • Fulfill orders

  • Avoid deceptive or fraudulent practices

Seller Accessibility Duties

Sellers must make reasonable efforts toward WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and use Mediaplusin’s accessibility tools.

Buyer Obligations

Buyers agree to provide accurate information, pay applicable costs, and follow laws.

Products, Pricing, and Orders

Prices, promotions, availability, and product information may change without notice.
We may limit or cancel orders at our discretion.

Product Reviews & Ratings

Mediaplusin may display aggregated or imported reviews. We do not independently verify every review and disclaim liability for inaccuracies.

Third-Party Tools and Links

Use of third-party tools or sites is at your own risk.

User Content, Feedback, and License

By submitting content, you grant Mediaplusin a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and modify such content.

Prohibited Conduct

Includes unlawful activity, uploading malware, scraping, infringing content, harassment, or accessibility violations.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by Mediaplusin or respective rights holders.

Accessibility Program and Marketplace Safe Harbor

Mediaplusin aims to align with WCAG 2.1 AA but cannot guarantee accessibility of third-party content.
